Spiritual Practice
Getting in touch
with our spiritual selves
Mind/Spirit Wellness allows us to thrive and to flourish. Rather than happening to us, Mind/Spirit Wellness is a state that we actively prepare for, cultivate, and maintain, through the use of tools and practices. These tools and practices allow us to maintain steadiness in our hearts and minds as we navigate the stress and high demands of our modern lives. While not every practice is ideal for every person, everyone can benefit from some of these practices.
Breathwork / Pranayama
Breathwork/Pranayama
Working with the breath is growing in popularity as the benefits to our physical and mental health are becoming more well researched and widely known. The breath can be used to cleanse, stimulate, and relax the body and the mind. Beyond the physical benefits, breathwork can allow us access to deeper levels of consciousness and spiritual connection. As a stand-alone practice or as preparation to meditation, breathwork is a powerful addition to your personal spiritual practice.
Embodiment
Embodiment
Using breath, movement, sound, visualization, and attention as our primary tools we can come to understand and listen to our bodies. Whether we want to improve our health, deepen our intuition, or express ourselves more fully and authentically, the wisdom of our bodies is a vital tool.
